Maybe it’s because changing their lifestyle overnight is a big deal. What is the solution to stress? Start with small changes to your diet and exercise and build up.

You will get the best results by combining a weight loss diet plan with regular exercise and moderate exercise as well as cardio and strength training. You don’t have to be a total health nut or live on salads and Jello.
