I once heard someone say that if you could walk for an hour and thirty minutes every day, you could eat whatever you wanted and stay healthy and slim. But I don’t mean you have to do that, just do physical activity. You don’t have to join a gym, or have expensive gym clothes at home. Physical activity burns calories, and improves your health. Take a walk, park the car further from the shops when you shop and walk the extra distance. Try to make extra movement with everything you do during the day. Just by moving more you will feel better, be healthier and lose unwanted weight.

By doing all this, you will not only lose unwanted fat fast, you will feel and be healthier and happier. The feel-good feeling will also make you want to try harder, to get more of the feel-good feeling, to do more and before you know it you have reached your goal and you will look back and see that you have all that unwanted, unhealthy have lost weight, permanently.
