When you get up in the morning and try this on for size, immediately hit the toilet when you’re done and look in the mirror. As you look up and down the frame of your body, notice the areas you focus on in your morning workout. This way, you will have a goal that you will remember every morning. The bright morning sun can call you to work, and it starts to feel normal if not good. Remember that you won’t always be excited about working out in the wee hours of the morning but you will be so happy when you start seeing the results of all that pain!
