It’s Simply Weight Loss – 3 False Beliefs in Fitness

“But, it’s just weight loss!” Well, it’s not a difficult task. You don’t have to pay for a confusing meal plan that throws all kinds of scientific language at you. However, before you try your own “Normal weight loss” plan, there are a few things you should know. These myths are back, and you can get rid of your energy to enjoy a healthy, happy life in the future!

Misconception #1: The Longer You Work Out, The More Weight You Lose

Makes sense, right? The longer you exercise, the more pounds you lose after one session. Too much of this can cause other, or worse, injuries to your body. It’s not just about losing weight if you’re hurting yourself! If you are not used to exercise, start short. You can strain or tear a muscle and stop working until it heals

you can do it again.

Also remember that aerobic exercise is good for getting the heart rate up and burning calories, but it stops when you’re training hard. It works well if you plan to bulk up, but if you want to be thin, it will add more pounds to your body.

Mistake #2: The Diet Plan Means eating on the side of zero

You can argue that it is “just weight loss” if you are not eating, but you are harming your body! Starvation is not healthy in any way or shape. In addition, your body will be healthy. Everything you eat is stored, as your body thinks you are in a difficult or unhealthy state, and cannot find food. This “stress mode” stresses your body out as it begins to break down muscle tissue for energy. Overall, starvation is one of the worst things you can do to your body. In fact, you might be better off not eating if you plan on going this route!

Misconception #3: Eating less carbohydrates is better

Low carbs is just weight loss at its most effective, right? It’s wrong. Carbohydrates help the body stay energized and are needed for healthy physical activity. However, you need to be aware of the type of carbohydrates you are eating. Some are better than others. If you remove all carbohydrates from your diet, you will notice a lack of energy. This makes it hard to work or spend a lot of time during the day. In addition, it is not healthy for your body without the oil it needs for healthy functioning!

Before you say “it’s just weight loss, what’s the big deal?” make sure it’s just weight loss! Some of these concepts may seem like good practices, but they can make your diet worse or cause health problems. The best and most effective way to lose weight and keep it off is to do it by thinking about your body, not just reading on the scale.
