This deep penetration allows the cells to be eliminated more efficiently. Some studies suggest that infrared can be 6 to 7 times more effective than standard saunas. That’s important!
Also, infrared saunas can burn 600 calories in 30 minutes. Can you believe that? This appears to occur as the body cools down. Blood flow increases from 5 to 7 quarts per minute to 13 quarts per minute. The increase in body temperature and blood flow will be very beneficial for you during cardio exercises!
So, how did this help me? Within days I started to feel different. My facial expression stopped. Five pounds of weight I couldn’t lose in 3 years is coming off fast. In one month! I haven’t changed anything else in my career so far. I had three one-hour infrared sauna sessions a week by myself. Some say I’m dehydrated. I don’t agree. The weight goes off and stays on forever. If I had died, the weight would have come back. My typing speed increases. I believe I didn’t gain any holiday weight because of this!
In addition, the aches and pains that I have been suffering from for a long time have completely subsided. And the eczema on my legs is greatly reduced. It will be less visible.
