Wouldn’t it be great if you could just come home after work, eat a big fat juicy steak, eat half a pie, and drink 3 beers and still stay slim? I know what you’re saying, if you want to lose weight, you can’t be lazy, why not? I mean, I’ve seen a lot of people who don’t exercise, eat anything, and never gain weight. You know people like this, I’m sure. They always have something in their mouths, but they never gain weight. You think to yourself: you skinny son of a b___h. Then you go home eat a salad and gain 3 pounds, why? You do everything right, “most of the time anyway” why can’t I do what he does? Then you think to yourself: why me. Let’s go back a bit and think about why that is. Take that skinny guy, he eats what he wants, doesn’t he? How often does he eat? You always see this person eating at the snack machine.
