How To Lose Belly Fat With A 7 Minute Workout
Here’s how to lose belly fat with a simple 7-minute workout you can do at home. This is much better than jogging and crunches… and much shorter, only 7 minutes. If you do this workout 4 times a week (28 minutes), you will literally lose belly fat by the end of the first week.
Hundreds of my clients have pretty much proven that this is the best and most efficient way to lose belly fat.
Lose Belly Fat Workout
1. Hindu Squats
This is a squat version without weights. What you do is squat up and down as fast as you can while flicking or touching the ground with your fingertips with each repetition. You will do this for 5 minutes. Do as many repetitions as possible. Your goal is to get at least 100 in 5 minutes. This melts away the stomach fat quickly.
So total time, so far 5 minutes.
2. Spin in a circle like a child
This is a breakthrough exercise that does so much besides help you lose weight. It literally gives you instant energy after a few times of doing it. Here’s what you do.
Spin clockwise with 5-15 repetitions with your arms out like airplane wings. However, do a lot of spins that are necessary to get a little dizzy. You don’t want to get extremely dizzy. Then you will repeat that number for a total of 8 different sets of spinning. Each set of spin takes 15 seconds or so.
Total time for spinning, 2 minutes. Remember: You don’t have to do all the sets of spin one after the other, you can spread them out throughout the day.
Well, the reason spinning in a circle works is because it stimulates your endocrine system to balance your hormonal imbalance. Almost everyone has an imbalance. The imbalance in hormones causes you to gain weight and harms your ability to lose weight.
