You can achieve this three times a week and get a great benefit, you need to eat right. You don’t fill your gas tank with cheap fuel and expect to get the best performance out of your car, so why would you want to keep your body healthy if you “check” it with food? trash?

If you want to burn fat, you need to eat well, and often enough fuel for your activities, and then give your body something to burn.

Fat burning women should know that losing fat is not difficult. It’s all about learning the right techniques to increase heat and minimize time and wear and tear on the body, in order to build a body that’s fit, healthy, and alive.
