Titan Training Serious Growth IV

Titan Training developed by Leo Costa Jr and Dr. Russ Horine. I would advise anyone serious about weight training or bodybuilding to check this out. I myself trained for most of my teenage and adult life and for the most part I struggled to gain muscle and strength, to the point where I actually almost gave up on training.

Most of the guys at gyms I trained believed the only solution was ‘roids, okay I’ll admit you can get fantastic results if you use the right cocktails, not that I’ve ever used but I’ve seen guys do some get great increase in muscle growth and strength. I don’t judge anyone who does either. I’ve always just felt that your training has to be correct even if you use steroids and that it’s more the icing on the cake for someone who wants that, but not that I would recommend it.

So there I made no real gains in size or strength, following your normal gym programs and programs from so called experts. So I thought to myself what the secret is, if there really was one and as the saying goes, seek and you shall find. After a little research I stumbled upon the program called Big Beyond Belief. This was the first program of Costa and Horine based on the Bulgarian Power lifters training systems of Macro and Microperiodization or cycling. Have you ever felt like your training seemed to go stale after about 2-3 weeks, this program arranged that by cycling training volume and rest periods between sets, you don’t over train and continue to build size and strength. I myself made substantial gains in size and strength on this program, results I never experienced before and it was drug free.Guys at the gym accused me of steroids, but I wasn’t.

Then I found Titan Training, Serious Growth IV. This program basically consists of 3 training principles namely:

  1. Power and strength training.
  2. Volume training using higher reps and compound sets to improve blood flow and active recovery in the muscle.
  3. Muscle rounds where you choose a weight that allows you to perform 8-10 reps to failure, but then you perform 4 reps, take a 10 second rest, do 4 reps and take a 10 second rest and keep repeating until you have completed 6 rounds, that will then count as 1 set.

I of course encourage you to get the program to see how it is structured, but combined with the principles mentioned above, it really gives you a well-rounded powerful physique and some serious muscle growth.

Word of caution though, this program is not for the faint hearted, it can get really tough to the point where you have to psych yourself up to do the workouts as it is physically demanding even though the program is only 4 days in ‘ e week is when you will risk about training.

So soak it up and go do it because the results you will get are really worth the effort, so enjoy.
