Losing weight for overweight people is one of the hardest things to do. Many people have trouble deciding what diet they will try, how long they should exercise to lose weight, and most importantly how they will change the way they live their lives so that they can finally lose weight and keep it off. The goal of this article is to share my story and my approach with you, hopefully giving you some insight to start your body transformation. Now to give you a little background on myself, my hands have always loved to eat. I was quite active, but never really took the time to focus my efforts on weight loss. I’ve always been conscious of my weight, but it wasn’t until I hit the highs of 260 pounds that I realized, “Wow I Really Look Big, What’s Going On?” From that moment on I made it my mission to exercise, change my eating habits and change the way I lived my life.

Weight loss is not a magic pill, or a six second video, it takes hard work and persistence. I have to say that there are products on the market that help you reduce your cravings to start your diet. For example, I use a product called the Apple Diet Patch, it’s a patch that I wear throughout the day that I don’t have to monitor, and it helps me reduce my cravings. This helps a lot.

I’m sure you all have heard of many of these craving-busting products, some work some don’t, this one just happened to work for me. Now that I’m not hungry all the time, I can focus on how to transform my body into, and I hate to say it, a “fat melting machine.” Exercising for those who have never really exercised is not as easy as people imagine. I’ve heard from friends, family, etc., “Greg why don’t you go to the gym?”; The exercise is fun and it feels great.” The point is, people for those first few weeks, it’s not fun and it hurts.

One secret I’ve learned throughout my weight loss is that you don’t have to turn into a bodybuilder or a marathon runner to lose weight, you just have to exercise more than you did before. Many people decide they want to lose weight, so they spend so much money to join a gym, go for a week, hate it, and never or almost never go back. This was one of the dumbest mistakes I ever made. Joining a gym is a great start, but take it easy. You don’t need to exercise for 2 hours a day. You can exercise for 45 minutes and achieve great results. When I realized this, that’s when I started to see the most eye-opening changes in my body. Some weight loss tips for the gym are as follows:

a) If you have never run on a treadmill before or don’t like it, walking can achieve the same great results. Set the treadmill to 3.5 miles per hour and for every 1 minute interval you are on the treadmill increase the incline by 1 point, so it’s like you’re walking uphill. Continue doing this for 7 minutes straight and then start going down. Every minute interval decreases by 1 point. Trust me This is a great exercise that really works.

b) Every time you go to the gym do something different. Let’s say you walk on the treadmill one day, the next ride a bike or use the elliptical machine. This method will allow your body to recognize new forms of motion that will allow it to work harder and eventually cope with each workout. In fact, what I do sometimes is spend 10 minutes on each different machine, instead of doing thirty minutes on one machine. It’s surprisingly more fun and it achieves great results.

c) The best advice I can give you is that when it comes to lifting weights for a while until you are at a weight you feel comfortable with, don’t push yourself, you might start to see results you wouldn’t otherwise see. love. Instead, what you can do is do exercises that use your own body weight, such as push-ups, either on your knees or military style, sit-ups, chin-ups and pull-ups. I guarantee if you do these exercises you will start seeing great results.

In conclusion, there are many things you can do to lose weight. I have discussed some of the steps I have taken to change my body and hopefully this article will give you some tips to help you change your body.
