1. Lower your stress levels

Your body produces more cortisol (stress hormone) which inhibits your natural ability to lose weight, no matter how well you do with diet and exercise.

To solve KINDA high stress levels, you MUST breathe deeply. There is no way around it. It works. If you think it’s just for strange people, get over it.

For at least 6-10 minutes a day, deep breathing. Whether you just do a simple big inhale and big exhale or you do more elaborate breathing like a big inhale for 5 seconds, hold it for 5 seconds, then a big exhale for 5 seconds…it doesn’t matter. Just do it.
