Build Six Pack Abs With The Right Food!
When you want to build six pack abs, most people just think, “I need to work out a ton and eat next to nothing.” Not surprisingly, this tactic doesn’t often work.
I love food, and I think you do. The good news is that you don’t need to crash diet, but you do need to change your eating habits. Here are some tips to get you started…
– 5-6 meals per day –
Most people have a small and hurried breakfast, a normal-sized lunch, and a huge dinner, with maybe a few snacks in between. What is net how to eat to build six pack abs.
Instead of large meals, eat 5 – 6 small meals throughout the day. They will end up being about 2.5 – 3 hours apart.

If you cut your calorie intake too much, your body will think you are starving. So it will do everything possible net to lose weight, and when you go back to eating more, the extra food will go straight into fat – just in case your food supplies run out again;-)
And eating too much will just add more weight.
So just reduce your calorie intake by 10 – 15%. This is enough to lose weight, but not such a drastic amount that you starve yourself.
