Once you get your hands on the appropriate potion ingredients, all you have to do is use them to make some tea. Make sure you start with small amounts and see how your body reacts. You will probably find the taste to be extremely bitter; unfortunately, this is the case for the majority of weight gain potions known to man.

Pregnant women, beware: this drink is not for you! And frankly, I strongly recommend consulting a herbalist before trying to make it yourself, although if you are conservative with the dosage (more on this below) then everything will be fine.
