*You use muscles you don’t normally use when you’re on land. This work of the muscles, tones and builds them in a lean way. The bulkiest muscles that you can encounter would be the shoulders and the trapezius muscles that connect the neck to the shoulders.

* There is always room for improvement. As you get better, you can increase the laps and your speed. This means there is no cap on your fitness. You can continue to raise and go further and faster.

*To have correct form and to glide efficiently through the water, you need to use the large muscles. Your core is what moves you forward. The legs help to steer you and your arms are for guidance. Your core muscles will develop rapidly if you use them the most.
