During Christmas vacation in Colorado, my family and I decided to go to the local hot springs. It was just the thing to warm our bones from the cold of being outside all day cross country skiing. People come in all shapes and sizes. What I have seen in women and young girls is the appearance of cellulite on their thighs. I began to focus on those who had more and less cellulite. 4. Balance your hormones with essential oils. The amount of estrogen in the body determines where the fat is deposited, especially in the hips, buttocks and thighs.
