As a rule of thumb, I like to go by lifting weights to build muscle every day. And that means your entire muscle building routine can be done in 20 minutes. Giving yourself a day’s rest in between allows your body and muscles to recover. Weight training is an important part of men’s health and fitness.
Don’t have time to go to the gym? Invest in a home gym unit! I highly recommend a Bowflex home gym or Total Gym. The Bowflex is great for building lean muscle while the Total Gym is great for strengthening the entire body and building lean muscle mass.
Not to mention it is very easy to use. A home gym in your house will save you the hassle and inconvenience of driving to the gym!
