Mistake #1: They don’t eat a lot

If you don’t eat enough, your body goes into starvation mode. What happens is the body begins to store body fat. This worked a lot hundreds of years ago and is not so good today for those who are not afraid of extreme hunger.

Ideally you should have 4-5 small meals… 3 small meals and 3 healthy snacks.

Mistake #2: Focus on many hours of cardio

Long, steady, low-intensity cardio is not ideal for weight loss, unless you’re trying to lose belly fat. It is highly catabolic. Basically he eats muscle tissue for fiber. Since each pound of muscle burns 30-50 more calories per day than one pound of fat, you’re accidentally slowing down your metabolism and burning fewer calories.

Instead, do short bursts of high intensity interval training. To do this, just go “all out” with the cardio exercises you do. Do this for 10 seconds. After that, slow down on low power on the machine for 20 seconds. Then repeat the same cycle for at least 5 minutes.

25 minutes of this will help give you a “back”. What it is, is this… you will burn body fat for 18 or more hours after completing this routine. You won’t get that burn with slow, steady cardio, like jogging on a treadmill for 20 minutes at a steady pace.

Mistake #3: Not enough fiber in your diet

A woman should get at least 35 grams of fiber per day. The average American gets 12 grams of fiber per day. It’s not just a cut. Fiber detoxifies your system and improves your digestive system’s ability to eliminate waste and toxins. This will speed up your weight loss.

An easy way to get as much as 35 or more grams of fiber per day is to eat 1 can of black beans per day. Each 15-ounce package contains 25 grams of fiber. It’s only 48 cents at Wal-Mart.
