2. Second, the weight loss program should improve any other disease or illness you have. The main conditions that affect people who are obese or overweight are diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease. Do these diseases get better with less weight? If so, you are on the right track and should stick to the program. If these conditions go bad, the project will end immediately.

Maybe it’s better to call it “rediscovery” because it was used by the ancient peoples of India, China, Aztecs, etc., before modern man became isolated and was taken over by the quick solution mentality.
