Believe it or not but these two ingredients can have a negative effect on your health…mental and physical. You will find that these two ingredients are in almost every food you eat – so be very selective in your food purchases.

3. Stop listening to your friends and family.

Remember that you need support when you are trying to lose weight but sometimes people like to bring you down. This is common among families because they have failed in the past and think history will repeat itself. The truth is you know what’s best for you – so don’t let anyone tell you what’s best for you.

4. Know your source.

Seriously…I hate a lot of doctors, and here’s my point: Why should I trust a weight doctor or a nutritionist to give me proper weight loss advice? I mean they are overweight but talking about how to lose weight? Cheating! Stay away from the doctor when he gives you weight loss advice…trust me. It’s best if you ask people who have lost weight.

5. Stick to your priorities.
