I first used Turbo Jam in May 2011. Before I found the program, I was 20 pounds overweight and battling chronic fatigue due to autoimmune ulcerative colitis and hadn’t worked out in 2 years. moved away due to the exhaustion of the disease. I was tired all the time and couldn’t work or play my favorite sport, basketball. After buying and using Turbo Jam, my life changed completely. I lost 12 pounds and 8.5 inches in 38 days, went from 160 lbs to 148 lbs and lost 2 inches from my waist. I have started playing basketball again and seem to be on the mend after my 6 year battle with ulcerative colitis. I now have the ability to do 40 minutes of high intensity cardio, 4 times a week!
