At this BMR, to maintain good weight loss and health you may want to shoot for eating 1600 calories per day in food, 500 calories are there for your 1000 Calories Deficit.

Exercising for an hour can burn anywhere from 5 to 600 calories, with a minimum of 1100 calories.

That doesn’t take into account how many calories you took in before you started your lifestyle change.

It’s easy to see that planning is important, it keeps you in control and keeps you accountable.

So, in summary, there is no quick way to lose weight, and if that is your goal you are doing it wrong.

To survive you may need to shoot for 2 lbs. It’s a week to plan your nutrition goals and lifestyle and continue to create new habits to replace old bad habits. A successful diet can easily translate into a new lifestyle, and that should be your goal.

Eventually, you will get to a point where you are happy with your weight, but, like everything else, it will take time and effort.

There is no magic fix.
