There are a lot of foods out there to choose from and it can be very confusing but no matter what you do if you stick to these three rules you will have the best chance of losing weight.

These include exercises such as lunges; push ups, pull ups and squats. If you don’t know how to do these invest in a fitness program you can follow or hire a personal trainer to give you advice and routines to follow. Do at least three 20-minute workouts per week. The trainer will show you how to do squats, push-ups, rows, and other multi-muscle exercises that will allow you to train muscle groups in a short amount of time.
Exercise Tip 2 – Know how to do Cardio – This is very important to lose weight but not to focus on the right heart to train on time. This is where you perform periods of higher intensity followed by periods of lower intensity to recover. Then you repeat this pattern for 20 minutes. If you can do this 3 times a week and preferably after a workout you will have a great fat burning workout.
Action Tip 3 – Start strong – Don’t just reserve your energy for running, try to do it every day. Indulge in fun, relaxing activities that will turn you around. This may include walking, yoga, other sports, or just hanging out with the family. The trick is to burn calories without realizing it.
