17 years old, 5’10 220lbs, 2 months later 180lbs and a lot of confidence. After staying in my house I went out to find help for my weight problem, so I tried to research about a weight loss plan. The secret to a teenage weight loss plan is to stimulate your metabolism. Your body determines how fast your body burns fat. Since most teenagers are active, they have a high metabolism so most weight loss plans just take this and make a plan for it. That’s where most of it goes wrong, and you have to eat according to your appetite. You can’t overeat and you can’t undereat. Both products are heavier. What under the diet makes you overweight? Well, because when you eat you never get that ‘full’ feeling so you’ll always be hungry and it won’t take long until you break down and gobble up your favorite foods. That’s why a teenage weight loss plan focuses on your metabolism.

After 3 weeks of careful eating, I lost 22lbs (7lbs. a week), which made me go out in public very quickly. I felt like I had more energy and I also noticed that my self-esteem was decreasing. My friends started to notice that I was losing weight which was good to hear. Before I was on a teenage weight loss plan, talking to my friends at school or out in public, I was very confused, I thought I was always thinking about their opinions for my style.

Losing weight for me has always been difficult, and now I feel like I’m on lock down. My results are great, I feel great, and I look great in my eyes. In total I lost 40lbs which I am very happy to have lost in such a short time. My plan is to continue my workouts and lose another 10-15lbs and then start working on my legs and lower abdominal area, but for now 40lbs. in 2 months is more for me!
