Quick Home Workouts to Lose Belly Fat and Get Six Pack Abs Fast – Quick Six Pack Ab Workouts

Need to go on business? On vacation? Traveling with friends? Busy schedule and can’t make it to the gym?

Don’t worry!

Here are some “Back to the Hotel” workouts that you can do with little to no equipment and you won’t miss a workout by the wayside.

These are quick workouts that you can complete in 15-20 minutes or less so you have more time to enjoy your trip, relax and just chill.

Here is the plan:

If you’re going on the road, meaning you’re packing and driving in the car, I suggest you bring a set of travel-style dumbbells.

If you travel a lot, you should know that most of the “fitness centers” of the hotels are usually full and you don’t want to get there without work. Trust me I’ve been there.

Here are my two favorite “companion” dumbbell sets:

My #1 Go-To Choice: Bowflex Select Tech Dumbbells

I like these because they combine 15 weight sets into one. Everything is around a dial and you can change the resistance from 5 pounds to 52.5 pounds.

Tech Tips are great to take with you because they don’t take up much space and you can use them to work quickly anywhere.

If you don’t already have these in your home gym, I highly recommend investing in a set. (You can also do what I did for you at home)

My Go-To Choice #2: Aqua Bell Dumbbells

If you’re traveling by plane, you can’t bring Select Tech’s trusty but you can bring Aqua Bell Dumbbells instead.

I love Aqua Bell’s because all you need to do to lose weight is just add water. Then you just pour it out and put it in your bag.

Each weighs only sixteen pounds, so it’s not as heavy as the Select Tech but it’s very easy to get around and get the job done.

If you’re looking for an affordable set of dumbbells to take with you when you travel by plane, this might be your best bet.

Here are the exercises: You go through each circuit once. (If you’re feeling really adventurous, don’t be afraid to challenge yourself and do the circuit twice)

EXERCISE A

Warm-up: Jumping Jacks – 60 seconds + Jog in place – 60 seconds + 10 pushups

1) Half Jump – 60 seconds

2) Close Pushups hold -15

3) Dumbbell Bicep Curl- 15

4) Burpees – 60 seconds

5) Abdominal Shoulder Press – 15

6) Dumbbell bent over row – 15

7) Bulgarian dividend (feet on the bed) – 10/side

8 ) Mountain Climber – 60 seconds

9) Deadlift and dumbbell press – 15

10) Hindu Pushups- 15

11) Squat Jumping on the bed (shoes off) – 60 seconds

12) Legs on the bed down pushups – 15

13) Back to Back – 20

14) Map – 60 seconds

EXERCISE B

Warm-up: Jumping Jacks – 60 seconds + Jog in place – 60 seconds + 10 pushups

1) Prison Breaks – 60 seconds

2) Walking Pushups – 12

3) Dumbbell Lat Raise (shoulder) – 15

4) Shadow Boxing – 60 seconds

5) Dumbbell Calf Raises – 20

6) 1 leg squats (hold on table) – 8/leg

7) Bottle with dumbbell – 12

8) Jump Squats – 60 seconds

9) Straight leg lifts – 12

10) Dumbbell Grips on the Bed – 10/side

11) 180 jumps

12) Shadow Boxing – 60 seconds

13) Back the riots – 20

14) Map – 60 seconds

EXERCISE C (no equipment required)

Warm-up: Jumping Jacks – 60 seconds + Jog in place – 60 seconds + 10 pushups

1) Burpees – 60 seconds

2) Mountain Climber – 60 seconds

3) Lying Down Leg – 15

4) Handstand Pushups – 10

5) Jumping on the Bed – 15

6) Single Leg Calf Raise – 15/side

7) Closed Pushups – 15

8) Superman’s – 15

9) Sit-Up Cabinet – 15

10) Bulgarian Split Squat (feet on bed) – 10/side

11) Shadow Boxing – 60 seconds

12) Prison Guards – 60 seconds

13) Go outside Pushups – 10

14) Duck Walk – (length of room x 2)

15) Back to Back – 20

16) Map – 60 seconds

Premium Collection Bonus For Serious Customers Only: If you have a hotel room with a raised bed or mattress on the floor, you can do my favorite hotel activity, the prisoner exercise! Don’t be too crazy and tear the contents of the room. If you want to do it my favorite way, have a friend sit next to the bed or on the bed to add weight.
