The 3-day meal plan is a short-term but very helpful plan. Although this article is about 24-hour weight loss, it is good if you can use this plan. On average, a 3-day meal plan uses 1000 calories per day. I know it’s a low-calorie plan but to lose weight in 24 hours, there’s no other way.

Drink plenty of water
