I’m excited to share my top tips for GETTING YOUR WEIGHT BACK BEFORE SUMMER IS OVER!!

1. Drink one meal a day. I love my Vitamix. It’s a great way to pack a mega meal into one simple glass. Dr. Oz Green Shake is worth a try! p.s. add sugar

2. Stop eating around 7 pm An overnight fast of 10 or more hours works for most people with normal blood sugar levels. Your body will rest better if it is not busy digesting food.

3. Love your Wiggle and Jiggle. Embrace who you are – that includes your body. Instead of beating yourself up about how you feel, thank your body for doing everything for you and “having fun.”

4. Drink water and lots of it! We still need to clean the system. Especially in this heat, we need to rehydrate!!

5. Eat Quinoa! High in protein and easy to digest… great in summer salads!

6. Avoid Processed Foods. Easier said than done, but try to go a day without eating something that comes out of a box! Check your style!

7. Nuts are a great snack! It’s full of good fats to help your brain.

8. Meat on fiber (not beef.) Eggs are the best in the fruit department, and my old position on flax seeds I’ll stick with, you’ll be very happy. .

9. Stop eating the rest of the kids (oh… just me… I know you don’t do this.)
