Eat more nuts, seeds, fats – A lot of raw vegan dishes are high fat. Careful here, experiment and start off with some nuts, and one dish and then work your way up.

Eat more dehydrated foods and dried fruit.

Eat vegan soups – More intense of a slow down

Transition to a raw vegan diet over time instead of jumping into this way of eating from a Standard American Diet (SAD). This will give your body a chance to detox much slower and on a more subtle level. Don’t go raw vegan right away. Maybe just go vegan or vegetarian. Or you can try cutting out all processed foods and trying a whole foods diet (foods in their whole, unrefined, natural state).

Ways to speed up detox Going on a liquids only diet of smoothies and juices is one way. To make it even more intense you can water fast. You will be really digging deep here.
