Delicious Homemade Soups For a Cold Winter Night

Vegetable Soup

(Purchase beef/bone neck and/or sirloin beef at your local grocery store)

2 lb sirloin steak

1 14 oz can of corn

1 28 oz. can all tomatoes

4 or 5 stalks of celery

2 onions

4 colleges

2 cloves garlic, chopped

1 tsp

1 tsp basil

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1/2 cup frozen peas

1/2 cup frozen okra

Leave the meat in pieces when you make the soup.

Soup – In a large pot, add water, bones and/or pieces of beef, leaves from celery stalks, onion slices, a small carrot top and season with thyme, basil, and oregano.

Cook until easy to eat. Remove the bones and remove the bone marrow. Throw away the bones. Strain the soup and refrigerate to avoid fat. Chicken Noodle Soup

1 whole chicken

2 celery stalks

3 colleges

1 tbsp of salt

1/2 tbsp pepper

1 tsp chicken seasoning

fresh parsley

1/2 teaspoon of sugar

1/4 teaspoon rosemary

1/4 teaspoon marjoram

2 cloves garlic

1 onion, chopped
