Each being portrayed as the newest and greatest discovery to loose weight fast and yet we should all know by now that this way simply does not work without a plan based on science and nutritional support.

Why is it that so many people continue to believe that there is some secret trick to losing those extra pounds, feeling fit and healthy? Honestly, are we still searching for a magic pill or formula that will allow them to continue to eat a Big Mac and a Super Size Cola, then take the pill and hope to loose weight? Admittedly, I am a comfort food kind of girl. Wrapped in the traditional food styles that my family has raised me on. I’m sure you can imagine what that looked like.
