Is a Green Tea Fat Burner a Good Way to Lose Weight?
Green tea fat burner sounds amazing.
Just drink your tea or take a good pill and watch the pounds melt away. Finally, green tea is known to have many health benefits.
An epidemiological study (a study of disease rates in a large population) published by the Journal of the National Cancer Institute in 1994 found that green tea reduced the risk of esophageal cancer in Chinese tea drinkers make up about sixty percent. Other studies indicate that this all natural drink lowers total cholesterol and improves the ratio of good cholesterol (HDL) to bad cholesterol (LDL).
It is rich in catechin polyphenols, especially epigallocatechin gallate (also known as EGCG), which is believed to be the most important.
So is it true? Does green tea fat burner work?
Here is the scientific evidence:
EGCG and caffeine are two foods that research has shown to have potential weight loss benefits. Caffeine is a stimulant that increases heart rate and blood pressure and tends to increase the body’s energy. The truth is, there is no such thing as weight loss. The only way to lose weight safely and sustainably is to work hard, day in and day out, and eat more calories than you eat.

The best way to get those benefits is to drink the tea or take a balanced supplement that contains an excellent extract. I do both.
Buying “fat burning” products is just a waste of money. But it is a healthy drink and a good addition to the extract, especially in a formula with other antioxidants and natural phenols.
