Before I think about fast weight loss, I usually think about the Jenni Craig diet or some weight loss pills like Proactol or Hoodia. About a year ago I learned that there are easier, better, and cheaper ways to lose weight fast.

I’m talking about a plan called a bitter changer. The main point of this diet is that food is not your enemy, and by eating right, you will lose weight. Sounds crazy, right? it is not. In this dish they have used an ancient popular secret and combined it with what is known today. When we eat two hormones are released into our body. One hormone stores fat, the other hormone burns fat. Of course, if we want to lose weight we want more fat-burning hormone and less fat-storing hormone in fat cells.

Through evolution our bodies have been taught, in many cases, how to function organically in order to survive the organism (which means us). Being able to store energy for future use is a good idea but if those reserves become too much, it becomes a threat to the environment and unfortunately there is no independent power to help us with that problem. But when we get sick, we get type 2 diabetes and we’re headed for heart disease.

However, with a few small adjustments to our diet our body can use stored fat while at the same time not storing new fat. As you know, every three months we replace all our fat reserves. We think the fat we carry is the same but actually the old fat is used up and replaced by the new fat.

The small changes that need to be made are to eat regularly, we eat healthy foods and change the calories sometimes to trick the metabolism into burning more fat than medicine. Someone can lose up to 9 pounds every 11 days, that’s amazing. Most people though, lose about 5 pounds per 11 day cycle.

When I decided to lose weight I pulled out my calendar and marked today as the first day, making a new day instead of the eleventh and a new day on the 28th. You see, you start by going on this diet for eleven days and then three free days you can eat almost anything you go on the other 11 days of the diet. By day 28, I had lost 15 pounds! I highly recommend this diet to those of you who have tried and failed all kinds of diets.
