Getting Older Is Not About Eating Less, It Is About Enough Nutrition
I have been helping people find their best health for a long time. A diet for middle age and older is to eat heart-healthy foods, avoid genetic diseases, and really keep belly fat to a minimum. Foods that work for one may not work for another.
Bo, my friend, is complaining about not eating the food that is meant for him. He is Blood Type B and has found that by eliminating chicken from his diet, he is less tired. It’s hard to do this diet plan, because there’s a lot of peer pressure. He found that it was good to be quiet and go find food that was “just right”. It’s also a challenge, since it’s amazing how many products there are that aren’t “good” for him. This is why I Highly recommend the whole meal. It’s easier to combine food this way. Bo is feeling better, his overall health is better, his cancer is much better, and the chronic fatigue is a thing of the past.
Sallie is my friend from college and I graduated as a Medical Technician. He first heard about “Food for Your Blood-Type Food” and was skeptical. I gave him the book, and he said nothing interested him. He gave the book. In 2009 his son-in-law gave him another book. He was tested for allergies and tested positive for wheat, corn, and peanuts. He was surprised when he looked under Type B in the book that wheat, corn, and peanuts were on the AVOID list. These for, Blood Type B, are mainly responsible for weight gain and hindering the proper functioning of the body. She had to think about her diet and how she looked at 58. She found it interesting that she always disliked tomatoes and beans, two on the avoid list. (Effective, kidney, navy and five beans for Blood Type B.) Personally, I have a variety of beans every day.
She has been on a gluten free diet for 2 years and has not felt much change, except her GI tract seems to be better. Corn, corn, and peanuts also cause diabetes in Blood Type B. He has had hypoglycemia all his life. He decided to first cut corn, corn, and peanuts. He still eats yogurt, before, he got hypoglycemic, and arranged he found a candle WITHOUT corn syrup. (in my 8 keys to basic health expanded to 10, I recommend that no one eat high fructose corn syrup). Within two months, he noticed that he was not hypoglycemic. He will be hungry and will not experience the negative symptoms of hypoglycemia. She lost 5 pounds without even trying, and it was amazing!
Since he has tried to avoid foods that cause hypoglycemia and weight gain. He will also be careful about the foods on the avoid lists. He gradually added more healthy foods to his diet and now eats unprocessed foods at all meals. He eats more vegetables, which is difficult for him. It takes time and effort to fix something we haven’t matured, so we can eat it. He also eats nuts and fruits. Being a Blood Type B he was injected and, in order to find some food, he ate lamb and fish as well as chicken, buffalo, and turkey. He still cooks chicken for his family even though it’s a chore. I don’t think he eats.
The most difficult and challenging part of the diet is eliminating wheat and corn. He thought it was gluten-free, grain-free, or grain-free in everything. Most flour-free products contain wheat flour or corn starch. She just found out that the gluten-free flour mix she uses contains gelatin, which is on her avoid list. He tried gluten-free wheat bread and found it contained wheat flour or wheat. He has done a lot of searching on the internet to find useful products. She found an almond flour recipe book that was amazing and used ingredients she could use. Almond flour can also be used to produce low glycemic goodness.
Mexican, Italian, and Chinese foods include wheat, corn, and tomatoes. Tomatoes are also on his avoid list. She says eating out is difficult. (Turkey or buffalo burgers are the best, and not many restaurants serve this.)
He tries to eat less grain and other foods to avoid maybe twice a month. He will not experience any new symptoms if he eats a lot of food. He eats a whole grain waffle to see what happens. That night he woke up with a headache. He hasn’t had a headache in years.
He had regular blood work done, and 6 months after starting the blood transfusion, more tests were done. He was surprised to see his A1C, glucose and insulin levels drop significantly. In the past it was increasing. Now she finds that her metabolism is better. Her bowels are much better and her allergies are almost gone.
He has fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue for Blood Type B. He is not sure if this diet is curing him and he is getting better. (I hope he gets 100% better.) He took arginine for his heart, because Type B Blood needs this to help with their stress and support their heart. He diagnosed fibromyalgia and found it was probably caused by too much nitric oxide. To get enough arginine, turkey and spinach are good places to start. Pre-diet and nutrients are better. Bills can be “too big”.
Working to reduce stress is important, as this can irritate our adrenals and make us hungry. By knowing what foods are most beneficial to your system, it is possible to reduce any cause of stress. He saw a therapist and a physical therapist, all of which improved his health.
He takes extra magnesium and is on a licensed supplement from a naturopath. Her next step is to add a memory herb, such as ginseng or ginkgo, and make the Membrane Fluidizer Cocktail in the morning.
Eating for your blood type is quite a journey. His family thought he was crazy. He always follows this diet. This diet corrected his hypoglycemia, and all the symptoms he needed, to let him know, were working. He looks forward to more research findings and hopes for better health.
I, myself, have Blood A. When I started this diet plan, my cholesterol was over 200 (about 225 and up). I’m worried about heart disease, and type II diabetes, as high cholesterol and sugar, runs on my mother’s side, and fatty tumors run on my father’s side.
I also “experiment” with things, which means I ditch my meal plan with potato chips and white rice. Therefore, this is a journey, and to heal your colon, so he knows the good food, and he can do it right.
I eat a variety of blood type B. Buffalo, Beef, Lamb are on my avoid list. Fish, (the cold water kind) is on my most useful list, chicken and turkey are on my no list. I eat fish every day. I eat canned salmon, canned tuna, or baked salmon. on top of a large green (romaine) salad and beans. (Blood Type A Beans, Black Eyed Beans, Black Beans and Pinto Pinto Beans)
I have been able to lower my cholesterol below 200 (187) and get my hdl’s and ldl’s (according to Sallie, out of balance ldl’s especially L 3 and L 4 what heart disease in women.) It is important to adjust those ldl.
I fixed my lame problem and kept things running smoothly.
In other articles I have explained how eating too much fruit has caused problems and finally brought something off my avoid list. I’ve formatted my e-mails to give important health tips, and how I should eat my fruits and vegetables to get some of each, and avoid problems. I have seen this way to combine protein and vegetables, BOTH! When to eat fruit in Marilu Henner’s book, “The Truth About Abs”. It works!!
My family thinks I’m crazy too. I KNOW I have gotten better and found out what my genes are missing so I can fix them with other sources. I will never stop eating like this.
