Cutting Weight Techniques for Judo

Heavy Engineering Construction

There are many different ways to gain weight, and sometimes it can be confusing how or what to do. Weight gain is difficult or easy; it depends on how you approach it.

There are many things to consider when preparing for a competition. This can include a pre-workout meal, a sauna, starving yourself, or moving up a heavy lift. In this article I will give a brief description of the different methods that people use and the theory behind each method. This is not a discussion of what needs to be done but a list of methods used or other research information.

Eating before the race

Many people believe in eating before a race. In order to burn the last fat and keep all the body weight, they eat with a small amount of powder or no lunch. To lose weight you need to burn more calories than you put into your body. Many studies show that eating 3 meals a day slows down your Basal Metabolic Rate or BMR (physical activity) but eating 6 small meals a day increases your BMR and burns more calories throughout. in the sun.

Depending on how much weight you lose you may start dieting 6 weeks leading up to the competition.

Many people say that eating disorders are the most difficult enemy in Judo. Eating and learning and monitoring is always very mental when preparing food, knowing what foods to eat and what not to eat and what to eat so as not to run out and get sick. or

Low Carb Diet:

Fast food is very popular. There are many versions out there but they are all the same. It also says carbs for breakfast and lunch but none after 2pm, and a protein lunch, while others say no lunch.

There’s a very important rule when it comes to diet, ‘if you’re losing weight, don’t change your diet. You stop and change the food.” Make sure when you eat the food to talk to a professional or to research yourself that you are doing all the right things. experience showed me that on a low carb diet I don’t start losing weight for about 2 weeks, so during those 2 weeks I trained like crazy, and because i’m not losing weight i eat more and exercise more and i stop running and i get some kind of illness like flu. body; everyone is different so listen to your body and adjust your food.

The dark side of low carb diets

The human body uses 4 sources of energy, which are fat, carbohydrates, protein and alcohol. But the brain (the human body’s control center) uses only Carbohydrates for energy. No other energy sources are used, so if your muscles don’t have enough energy your brain will do the same. This is why on a low carb diet you feel tired, lethargic, sleepy and mentally weak. Many athletes do not like to eat on a low carb diet because on a low carb diet you cannot train as hard or as long. This is bad because when you get to the competition you need to train 100% without being tired, weak and mentally weak.

Using a low carb diet (and eating in general) is all about trial and error, the more often you compete and the better you’ll get to know it. the shape and form of your body.

There is little food left over

Low-residue foods (Fibre) are used in the last week or week and a half leading up to the competition. The stomach can hold a man (75 kg) 4 kg, and a girl (60 kg) 2 kg of weight, and it will not take more than 1 week to get rid of the stomach of that weight. Small meals are used not to distend the stomach but to prevent everything that is eaten from staying in the stomach. It goes in and out because there is little fiber inside. These foods are great because you can eat things like white bread, crackers, rice crackers and more, and you know they won’t just sit in your gut and make you gain weight.

Another disadvantage of a low fiber diet is that these foods lack vitamins and minerals. I said you need to eat lots of vitamins and minerals to supplement what you are missing from your diet.

Diuretics

Diuretics are medications that are used to flush the body of water and food by forcing you to go to the bathroom. I personally have never used prescription drugs but I have friends who have used them in the past. Some players take celery sticks, and this makes you go to the bathroom more often.

Another method that people do is to drink 6 liters of water per day 2 weeks out of the competition, and you think about how many times you go to the bathroom to drink like that. And in the last week they drink as little as possible. The idea behind this is to trick your body into thinking it’s retaining water so that it continues to flow out.

I think this is bad for two reasons. Your bladder is working hard, the human body knows better than that.

Apart from 2 weeks, I don’t want to gain 2 kg weight due to excess water, mentally it is not good.

One of the popular ideas is that drinking coffee will make you dry, and this is true to an extent. Let me explain: If you drink 1 liter of water your body will hold 600ml of water, so you will have to excrete 400ml. Caffeine is a diuretic if you drink 1 liter of it your body will hold 200 ml of it and expel the rest. That’s why people say it will help you lose weight but in reality your body will hold on to less than that.

This theory is similar to the theory of bittersweet and celery.

Cutting weight

Weight cutting is the term used to require you to sweat and eat less to gain weight. This is the technique that is widely used to build weight not only in judo but also in wrestling, boxing and even horse racing. Some athletes lose up to 6 kgs in the sauna depending on the weight distribution and the amount of muscle mass. How big the muscle is is very important because muscle is 70% water, so the bigger the muscle the more water you lose in the sauna.

There are 4 ways you can lose weight in a sauna.

Clothing: Some athletes enter the sauna with a lot of clothing and sweat. This is a great way to keep you warm but once you start sweating your clothes will get wet and I believe that as you cool down you will have less sweat coming off the skin.

Exercising there: Pushing, boxing, star jumping, you name it. What these athletes don’t understand is that once your body temperature rises, you start sweating. What these athletes don’t realize is that when your core temperature rises and you start sweating, it doesn’t just rise, once it rises it stays at that level. Sweating can happen quickly, and other activities will drain your energy.

I have found many women who do not lose weight in the sauna, these girls I told to go for a run or exercise in the sauna.

Stay in the sauna: Sitting in the sauna, I believe, is the best way to cut weight. Just sit there and wipe the sweat off your body. This allows more sweat to be produced.

Baby Oil: Some people apply baby oil on the skin, the purpose behind this is to clog the pores of your skin. This raises the core temperature and causes more sweating. I think this method is stupid because why are you making your body sweat harder by closing the pores, you should be letting the sweat out.

How long should your sauna last?

Some people like to sweat on big hits, (it also saves money) but if you’re going to lose it you don’t want to pay to try to lose weight for two days. For example, if I fight on Sunday I will sleep on Friday and stay in the arvo, and if I’m lucky, I’ll also be slipping and have lunch. It all depends on the player and how they feel about doing it the way they want.

Can I lose weight in the sauna?

I don’t know why but some women just don’t lose weight in the sauna. For these people I recommend buying sauna clothes and going for a run, bike or whatever. Just roll up the mat and go, maybe these girls should go exercise in the sauna to help them out.

I can’t find a sauna?

If you can’t find a sauna here you have two options.

– Put on plenty of winter clothes and go for a run or sit on an exercise bike and ride hard.

– Raise the mat and sit in the car with the heater turned on full blast.

– Turn on the hot shower in the shower and let it cool and steam and sit there and sweat. (Don’t burn yourself.)

– Sit in a hot bath and sweat like that.

Should I move up the weight division?

If you’re sick of heavy work and sauna and everything else you should move up a heavy division. It all depends on what you want to do in judo. Whether you’re a recreational or competitive athlete, whatever your goals are. You can move up a weight division and still compete internationally if not nationally. It all depends on what you want from judo.

Some athletes, especially heavyweights, tend to drop weight, if they are faster than their opponents. For example Kurt Angle put on 10kg during his wrestling career. Another example is the overweight girl from Slovenia. He fights at +78 and weighs only 85 kg. He is fast and strong and finished second at the 2007 world championships.

For more information on different ways to gain weight ask some of the top athletes how they build weight. Also do some research online and find what works best for you, remember trial and error is the best way to build weight.

I hope this report has helped you when you are thinking about how you can solve a stressful problem in the future.
