Brazil Butt Lift Review – Does it Really Target the Rear? Can it Make Your Booty and Thing of Beauty

So I got some great results from some of Beach body’s programs like P90x and Insanity. Want to try something that comes out next? I didn’t really know. The Brazil Butt Lift is a 30- 90(depending on your desired results and current fitness level) home workout done by Leandro Carvalho (Brazilian native and former Ballet Dancer /Personal Trainer) and by his method he calls it. Triangle Exercise- works all three muscles of the buttock (the Gluteus Maximus, Gluteus Medius and Gluteus Minimus). It promises great looks and a rear lift. It seems that Leandro Carvalho is training the most important students to be in the runway in the shortest possible time. I saw a clip of the Brazilian Butt Lift from Beach Body and said I don’t want to try something similar for women. I just said this in front of my niece and sister. Boy did I get an earful. From what I’ve heard there is no woman in the world who doesn’t want a better rear( Booty) my sister said! I said ok, then my niece said you know because I just had a baby, I was wondering what product I can use to tighten my hips and thighs and lift my back to back to the previous image of the baby (Noa) . And they both agree that girls and guys like it back. Hmmm this really got me thinking, but I put my money down to make myself feel better after doing really intense workouts like P90x and Insanity I thought was too easy. So I bought the Brazil Butt Lift for my sister and niece and when it arrived I said I wanted to start as soon as possible. Included in the package is a diet guide, a 6 day Supermodel Slimdown Plan- lose up to 6” or 6lbs in 6 days, Triangle Workout cards -for on-the-go workouts, and Booty acts as a guide-showing you what to do based on your item type (Building a Floor, Building a Pear, Making a Great Solution, Making a Combination), a Pen to do the pen test- where to place a pencil under your butt to determine how much lift is needed Measurement tracking card – for Men or Women Measuring tape – for measuring – Gift bags – Bands to place on your ankles, knees or thighs while you exercise- 3 workout DVDs ( 5 in Deluxe) Exercises include:

Base package

Booty Basics- Where Leandro shows you his moves and style so you can enjoy your workouts(20 min).

Bum Bum(boom boom) is a heart and lower body sculpting program (35 min)

High and Tight- This program works on all stubborn problems like hip butt and squats (35 min).

Sculpt- Full body workout and Brazilian movement to sculpt your whole body esp the butt(50 min).

Cardio Ax-A fat dance and booty shake workout for all slimming results!(30 min).

Tummy Tuck- This is the tummy toner procedure (20 min).

Deluxe Package (Floor Training and Groups)

Rio Extreme – Break the fitness limits with this challenging workout. (50 min.)

Abs Rapido – Build and strengthen your abs with this abs workout. (10 min.)

Uppercuts – Incorporate kickboxing moves into your workout routine for toned, toned arms. (13 min.)

(1) Yellow = entry level band

(1) Green = middle strength group

(1) Red = strong group

Ankle Weights- to build strength and improve your performance.

What you need- some small weights (3lb,5lb and 8lb) a heart rate monitor(for regular cardio)

weighted legs (between 3 and 5lbs.) for extra strength, such as the Deluxe Package. This means that you will do your item type work for 30 days and then move to Integration for another 30 days. You can also switch weekends to have a different job after you have achieved results that needed.

And they wanted to watch the dvds. We watched one called Cardio Axe. It takes place at Leandro’s university in New York and on the shores of Brazil. I can honestly say it was really fun the music was great and the moves were really cool. The next day my sister and niece decided to do Cardio Ax and asked me if I wanted to try it again and I said yes after begging and begging (twice). I was totally different for 3 minutes because the movements were different from anything I’ve tried.

After that I felt really good and I felt so good that I didn’t feel like I was working. I was sweating bullets and felt like I was in Brazil with great music and Brazilian backgrounds and cut-out images. Leandro is very motivated and makes moves like no other. I remembered the next day that my glutes were really sore! I called my sister and my niece and they felt the same way. I was shocked because after only one workout ( 1 day) we felt the pain. I think when I start incorporating some of these workouts into other cardio and ab workouts, I might even buy another one for myself since I had so much fun. It’s not a bad idea to change things in your fitness schedule, but what is a bad idea is to put your money in the way of losing or on something that you really enjoy. yours in one way or another. .
