You should exercise your body but, you are watching TV. It was the beginning of a bad life.

If you want to be rich, study wealth and wealth. If you want to be happy, learn the art of happiness. If you want to be healthy, adopt a healthy lifestyle.

2. Early to bed, Early to rise

I hope you have heard this song. Great poem and some great advice. People who wake up early do better. Get a good night’s sleep for 8+ hours. Wake up fresh in the morning. Do the work. Start your day with a healthy breakfast. In just 21 days, you will see a positive change.

3. Don’t take the stress, Make a gratitude journal

Thank you books are great. If you’ve ever used one, you know what it feels like. We are all blessed with many things in life. Health, smiling heart, good friends, beautiful home, plants and birds are signs of this beautiful world. When we complain, we become blind. We cannot see the light of the future. Our body responds to our thoughts. If you are overweight, your body will show signs of weakness. If you are happy, your body will respond to pure, healthy vibrations. Weight loss is a mental game. A good math question.

You should solve the question in your mind beforehand; you can complete it on paper. Losing weight is not difficult. Motivate yourself. Health, wealth, and happiness are inextricably linked. You cannot separate health and wealth. These three elements are necessary for success in any part of the world.
