It’s the middle of the morning and you’re feeling a little grumpy – what are you going to eat? You may think that because you’re vegan, you don’t think about tasty and quick snack ideas. Maybe you just got home from work and you want something sweet, but you’re tired. So you want your vegan snack to be easy and hassle-free, not one of the most complicated and time-consuming recipes in the world! Better yet – it’s a good one that you can throw together in under 5 or 10 minutes. Below is a list of some delicious, quick and easy vegan snack recipes and meal ideas to help make your life easier.

Popcorn

A delicious, low-calorie snack that can be eaten in under 10 minutes. Perfect if you want something a little salty. Place 2 tsp olive oil and ¼ cup popcorn in a large pot. Cover with a lid and cook the popcorn on top flame, make sure you have it keep shaking. When you think it’s not working, hold on for another minute or two, and it will start to blow. Once boiling, remove from heat and place in a large bowl. Add plenty of salt to taste, and season with salt if needed ¼ cup to ½ cup of melted coconut oil. If you want sweet popcorn, add maple syrup to coconut oil, for ½ cup, or to taste.

5 minute or less vegan snacks
