Here’s how to get rid of your love arms in 3 easy steps. Of course, you don’t need to go to the gym to lose your love hands.
Avoid Love Without Action
1. Hula Hooping
For the whole area of the waist and hips, hula is good for toning and shaping. It’s hard to focus on love handles, but hula works in those areas. I like to hula hoop for 10 minutes a day. If you can, train 5 days a week at least.
