This recipe is great for breakfast because it boosts your energy level. It stimulates your digestive system while providing nutrients to your body.

You can combine cucumber, celery, spinach, lettuce and other green leafy vegetables. You can also use fresh parsley and alfalfa for extra flavor. Mix water and mix it 50/50 with regular water. You can add lemon juice. You can also add a pH balance to make the water more alkaline.

Cook spring onion and asparagus but avoid overcooking. Then mix the avocado butter, lemon juice, thyme and lemon peel to make the dressing. Add extra cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil and less lemon juice. Now, pick the spring onions and asparagus and dress them.
