Why Everyone Should Try a Sea Salt Cleanse

I am a very healthy person, but sometimes I wonder if my body is running properly. I eat healthy foods (most of the time) and drink lots of water. I exercise twice a week to make sure my heart kicks back a little.

So… am I okay? Well… almost.

Who needs a sea salt bath?

Almost everyone needs some type of colon cleansing at some point, and most of us don’t realize how much better we feel afterward.

  • You are windy
  • You have symptoms similar to IBS
  • You have digestive problems but you don’t know what it means
  • 1 or less bowel movement per day
  • You will bloat after eating
  • You have never been colonized before
  • You eat a lot of meat or animal protein, processed foods, and dairy products
  • You have some health issues
  • You have skin problems such as psoriasis
  • You have an allergic reaction
  • You have some type of respiratory disease
  • You’ll hear a pause or pause all the time
  • You just want to maintain your health level

***Special Note: I am talking about everyone because the sea salt cleanse may not be right for everyone. A small percentage of people only absorb salt water and don’t flush it out, usually due to some type of mineral deposits.

Colonics and enemas simply remove bodily waste from your colon. Sea Salt removes waste, including gas, from the small intestine. In addition to that, the high quality salt you use will act as a healing agent to bring out the pH level throughout your intestinal tract.

A healthy pH level in the intestines reduces the amount of bad bacteria, viruses, pathogens, and fungi that create all kinds of problems for your digestion.

Do not use table salt for this cleaning!

Table salt is poisonous. When it is extracted and processed to strip all the minerals, what you get is sodium chloride. Then add anti-caking agents and this is just not healthy. Sea Salt Cleaning Tips

  1. When you first wake up in the morning, before drinking or eating anything (including coffee!)
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of high quality sea salt, or Himalayan salt if you have it, to 1 liter of warm water. Use good filtered water, spring water or mineral water. Fiji water is also good.
  3. Warming the water a little will give you maximum results and will work faster. Just pour a quart into a small pot and heat, don’t boil!!
  4. The flavor of the shot is not for everyone; others hold their nose while drinking. You just have to work to get it down. I personally like the salt in my water better now, maybe it’s just taste.
  5. You have to drink all the salt in a few minutes, I try to just stand there and collect it all in two large portions. You drink another liter of the same water in 30 minutes.
  6. Do not eat anything for at least the next 2 hours. Your body needs time to work! Having nothing in your stomach afterwards allows your body to focus on the work at hand. Avoid drinking coffee (I know), tea, or anything else that is dehydrating. Just drink water.

What happens next?

Now the fun begins! Most people experience bowel movements within 1 to 2 hours. The first move can be made within the first half hour, so don’t expect to just get in the car! Stay close to the bathroom and be prepared.

While I’m waiting for the first bowel movement I prefer to help the process by lying on my side and gently massaging my stomach and abdomen for 10 minutes, then turn to the other side and repeat . I have found this helpful and relaxing for me.

Now don’t think this is like explosive diarrhea or pain. It’s not too bad. Just have a chance to read it and hope to spend the next couple of hours making your way back to the bathroom.

It may be a good idea to leave the house after two hours. The best sign that you are done is that the bowel movements become less frequent. If the final elimination is mostly clear water, then it’s almost done.

This may not work for everyone, and this is not a science. It may take a couple of different flue stages to achieve the stomach flu, but that’s fine. You are making progress.

What if it didn’t work?

However, there is a small percentage of people who do not fly abroad. I’m not sure what the cause is, some say it’s mineral deficiencies, internal damage to the lining of your gut (before bloating), or a lack of specific beneficial bacteria in it. in the intestinal tract.

Nor do people keep the water running smoothly. Women nearing that time of the month may also suffer from flu for this reason. This causes bloating and water retention, which can be a little unsightly.

My first grades went really well, as mentioned above. But I had one where I was full of water for a few hours and had to urinate a lot. I always felt good during and after, and I was able to eat a lot the day before.

I recommend trying this at least a few times, changing your diet beforehand to get the best results. Light salads with plenty of water the day before.
