The other days of the training week I like to go on the old treadmill. There is nothing better than experiencing a long leisurely jog. You don’t go too fast, find a slow in between that you can maintain and build on that each time you do it. These two exercises are different from each other and your body has a great opportunity to lose weight as it is not used to any one type of exercise.
