The Non Surgical Hernia – A New Kind of Hernia Support & Truss

Anthony’s Story

Anthony, a 60-year-old working as a lawnmower contractor, decided in March 2008 that it was time to rebuild. He renewed his gym membership and started working out again. Just after trying to bench 220 lbs (100 kg) for the first time in 15 years, he developed pain in his right head, which was diagnosed as an inguinal hernia. Dr. Anthony recommended her for hernia repair surgery, which will be done in September.

While awaiting surgery, Anthony visited a chiropractor and an osteopath. The osteopath gave Anthony some simple exercises to strengthen his abdominal muscles.

Anthony stopped all other forms of exercise, stopped cutting, and avoided stretching and lifting anything heavier than 4-6 lbs for three months. He ordered a hernia support garment as this was guaranteed to keep the hernia in place throughout the operation.

When the hernia first occurs, it occurs 10 times a day, from walking or standing in the bathroom. This stopped when Anthony started wearing a hernia support. In May it happened again when he tried to do push-ups without wearing the hernia support, so he went back to wearing it for two hours a day.

By June the hernia was under control and Anthony was confident enough to start doing some light aerobic exercise and strength training at home. He also started doing some heavy duty work on his tractor. While doing these exercises Anthony wore his hernia support, he found that he felt safe and he took most of the daily activities.

By September the hernia had improved significantly and Anthony postponed the surgery for three months. To check that the hernia has fully progressed, he went for an ultrasound scan. This showed that there was nothing left but a slight enlargement of the deep end of the inguinal canal. The doctor asked him to exercise hard; this causes only a small amount of fat to be pushed into the deep end, but no guts or bulges.

Roy’s Story

Roy, who was 58 in 2005, worked as a window cleaner and was an Ironman athlete. The Ironman Triathlon is a series of distance races organized by the World Triathlon Corporation, consisting of a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride and 26.2 mile marathon run. This major event requires months of intense training and a degree of fitness.

Roy participated in ten Ironman Triathlons, but unfortunately was unable to do so, as he developed a small inguinal hernia. Roy knew two people who were still suffering from problems years after hernia surgery, so he decided to have the surgery.

But in January 2006 Roy met Craig, who had healed his own hernia through diet, herbs, Pilates exercises and wearing a hernia support garment. Roy wanted to see if he could replicate Craig’s success, so in mid-January he began attending Pilates classes with Craig and began wearing a hernia support.

Roy kept a diary to track his progress. After a month, she said she felt better and felt better in her lower abdomen and pelvic area. He decided to run the Dover half marathon on February 19th, and finished in 1 hour 35 minutes–his best time for several years. Roy was so convinced that he wanted to train for another Ironman Triathlon.

Swimming is part of the Ironman program, but Roy’s hernia up until now has been painful when swimming–it seems to “pull” the pelvic region. At the end of February he was confident enough to swim 2,000 meters while wearing his hernia support. He was surprised to see that there was no problem.

So in March, Roy began 16 weeks of training to prepare for the Quelle Challenge Triathlon to be held on 2nd July 2006. He had to train 15-20 hours a week. As Roy is approaching 60 years old and hasn’t done an Ironman in two years, he wasn’t sure he could do this training without compromising his fitness. death, but this time he had forgotten it, since the shooting was not there. take longer to appear. To be safe she continued her Pilates exercises and wore her hernia support.

The Ironman is the third largest event in the world: 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, 26.2 mile run. When the day came Roy started at 7.20am. Here is his report:

“Good swim, but slow. Good bike, easy to get ready for a marathon. Run 4,456 meters. Total time: 13 hours 2 min. Placed 1,656 out of some 4,000 runners, 26th in my age group. I think I can successfully fit in the training without having to do my Pilates and wear my hernia support (although I can’t wear it on race day). Ten Ironmen before, and apparently without serious illness.”

In September 2008, Roy announced that he had been out of hernia support for a long time, was still active and had no signs of cancer. He thought he was completely healed.

A Question-Question About Supra

Researchers in the US, UK, Sweden and other countries have measured the rate of long-term complications after hernia repair surgery. Not good news. For example, Loos and colleagues in the Netherlands found that of 1,766 men followed for three years by questionnaire, 40.2 percent still suffered from some pain symptoms, and 1.9 percent experienced great pain. A fifth of patients felt that their work or leisure activities were impaired.

Some doctors are very concerned that patients are still being referred for this surgery even though their hernia is small and painless. The policy of early surgery is to prevent the hernia from progressing and to avoid the risk of “stripping” – an emergency situation. But now it turns out that the challenge is not so simple. Many doctors now follow a policy of “Watchful Waiting” (monitoring) a hernia, rather than offering immediate surgery. In the UK elective hernia repair surgery has been designated as “minimal” by an increasing number of local health policy makers.

Non-Surgical Procedures

How did men like Anthony and Roy recover from their own inguinal cancer? On websites dedicated to non-surgical alternatives, the most successful alternative system seems to be an exercise program like Pilates to strengthen the core. The key is to wear a hernia support garment to keep the hernia “in”. This is important. If the hernia is allowed to continue, the gap in the abdominal wall will not heal.

Nowadays, most doctors and surgeons do not prescribe drugs, and some even put them at risk. Although today some trucks use metal springs to pressurize the axle, the floor is very hard and will fit into the axle. This stretching can create scar tissue around the sides of the hernia, preventing it from sticking together and healing. In order for the hernia to be fixed, the father must be with him at all times and in all activities. Most lizards can’t follow body movements, so they don’t do this.

The hernia must be properly supported, and the hernia must be kept in place at all times, without any springs or flaps bulging into it. There should be a guarantee to keep the sulfur in, even during play and heavy manual work, and there should be a money back guarantee. Also watch out for hernia supports and metal parts as these can distort the airways. The best type of hernia support is an elastic band with rigid flat plates that slide together to support the hernia area at all times.

Self-treatment of inguinal disease is not new. After all, a famous 18th century German clinic called the Bilz Clinic, thought that the treatment of hernia was normal, and recommended simple exercises, mineral baths and hernia truck or support until the cancer heals.
