1- Water washes
You only “eat” liquid foods – don’t chew them with this exclusion. It may contain healthy lemonade, fruit or vegetable juice, water mixed with something, or just water.
2- Avoiding one meal
You will only eat ONE type of food while doing this detox, that’s all. That food is watermelon or grapes, bananas or apples. Usually when you do this type of elimination the only meal you eat is salad or vegetables. The food you choose to eat is served raw – no cooked food with this cleanse.
3- One meal per detox meal
This is similar to number 2 above but with more variety. In this case, you eat one type of food for each meal. So one meal you eat watermelon. The next food you can eat is an apple. And the next meal might be carrots.
4- Stick to Raw Detox
This is my favorite detox because you get a variety and it’s not too restrictive. This way you will eat a lot of raw fruits and vegetables (from the approved list) and you can also make delicious smoothies. I lost 13 pounds in 14 weeks on this detox. I loved the results!
