I asked myself that question last year when I made my list. I knew that one of the first things I had to do was get healthy and fit so I could do the things I wanted to do on that list. I didn’t want to see the world without being able to participate in the things I wanted to do.

I eat all organic fruits and vegetables and brown rice and legumes. I didn’t have a hard time because I like these types of food. I drink purified water. I stretch and do gentle yoga, walking on my treadmill when the weather isn’t good outside, which has helped me maintain a good exercise routine. during the winter months. Gardening alone is a great activity in the Summer but I am also a gardener. It’s so much fun and character and it’s so exciting to just do it.

I get 8 hours, more if my body needs sleep. Eating plants is a great way to balance your rhythm.

I have also lost two pounds in a month just by intermittent fasting. For example, if I stop eating at 7 in the evening, I will stop fasting until 11 in the morning the next day, without eating for 16 hours every day, then my body takes time to digest my food and give it the breaks it needs.

Nourishing your mind and allowing time for yourself is important.

Expressing my gratitude and meditation at the beginning of each day keeps my focus and head in the right place. Eating vegan and exercising keeps me balanced and in control of my body so I feel good.
