Top 7 Tips To Achieve Total Health And Wellness
As I love music, I always focus on connecting the good of the world with music. In a choir, there are four (4) main voice types – Soprano, Alto, Tenor & Bass – and all to bring tonal quality and balance to the choir.
We all have a mind, body and spirit. It is therefore not surprising that, in order to achieve overall health and well-being, we must take care of the three (3) parts of ourselves – mind, body and spirit. Don’t focus on one part to the detriment of others, as all are required to bring balance to the person.
In this article, I will give you seven (7) simple, practical and effective tips that you can start using immediately to improve and maintain your health and well-being. Tip 1 focuses on your spiritual health. Tips 2, 3 and 4 focus on your physical health. Tips 5 and 6 focus on your emotional health. The last tip, Tip 7, focuses on an often overlooked area, your mental health.
1. Dedicate 30 minutes to God every day in prayer, meditation and thanksgiving.
Every day you are blessed with 1440 minutes to live. Thirty (30) minutes is only 2% of your entire day. God, the giver of life, deserves some of your days. Read and reflect with daily prayers, spiritual and religious books (Holy Bible, Qur’an, Torah, Tripitaka, Bhagavad-Gita, Tao-te-Ching, Books of L. Ron Hubbard and other sacred texts ). This will increase your understanding of your religion, strengthen your spirit, improve your relationship with God, improve your relationship with your fellow human beings, help you in your daily life, and keep the inner peace.
2. hello the body.
The key to achieving fitness is focusing on core muscle strengthening exercises. Your core muscles are all the different muscles in your chest, abdomen, upper back, lower back and sides. A strong core has many benefits – a flat stomach, a strong back, good posture, less strain on the back, and better transfer of power to your arms and legs. lifting, moving, or carrying objects increases mental alertness. , more flexible and happy.
3. Eat healthy and nutritious food.
It is a common myth that food is nutritious and healthy, not delicious. Like I said, it’s a myth and a great way to make sure your diet is healthy, nutritious, and that you’re getting the vitamins and nutrients your body needs by:
(a) Eating from the 5 major food groups daily – Fruits, Vegetables, Fruits, Milk, Meat & Beans.
(b) Eating “rainbow food”, i.e., the rainbow has many colors – Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo and Violet. Each food color contains a variety of vitamins and micronutrients. For example, green vegetables like spinach are good sources of Vitamin A, Folic Acid, Vitamin C, Magnesium and Iron. Regular consumption of Spinach fights Anemia and improves eyesight.
(c) Using a good multivitamin supplement, to make up for any nutritional deficiencies you may have.
(d) Drink eight (8) glasses of water per day. Drink one (1) glass at various times throughout the day to help your body effectively eliminate waste and toxins.
4. Take good care of your skin.
Your skin has four (4) main functions as follows:
I. Protection from the outdoor elements.
ii. A variety of cells and nerve endings allow you to respond to pain, heat, cold, touch, pressure, vibration and tissue injury.
iii. A heat sink that pumps blood to the surface of your skin or reduces blood flow.
iv. Your biggest waste elimination (through the surface) is through sweat or sweating.
Also, as you age, your skin tends to become drier, less flexible, and more prone to wrinkles. However, you can slow down this aging process and help your skin in its elimination process by keeping your skin moisturized and hydrated with the following simple skin care routines.
Skin Care Action
Drink plenty of water; 8 glasses a day. Eat like yellow and orange fruits that provide Vitamin A. Take a good Vitamin E supplement. Eat cucumbers, which release sulfur – an essential trace element for healthy skin!! Also use water based moisturizers or olive oil on the skin, right after showering to keep the moisture in your skin.
5. Take a 30-minute “break” at least once a week.
I know it’s easier said than done, especially if you have children or care for your parents or relatives. So let’s look at it from a different angle. If you have suddenly died or died, it is not possible to take care of children and relatives. It may not be like you, yes, but they will manage. In order to enjoy your long stay and provide the best possible care, the only way you can do it is to JOIN!!! Find your relaxation spot: walk on the beach or in the park while listening to nature or music on your iPod; sit on your bed listening to music; with a cup of tea or chocolate and reading a good book; sit on the pavement and watch people go by… or whatever relaxes you. This will clear your head and give you new energy to go again.
6. Practice well
In the ebb and flow of life and existence, there are high points and low points, times of abundance and times of lack. Happiness does not come from the amount, quantity, or type of possessions we have. That is why we sometimes see examples of millions of people who are drug addicts or alcoholics. In addition to that, there is the “Law of diminishing returns”. What this means is that the more you get something in a place, the less you can add to it and the greater the amount of happiness. It’s like, if I get one (1) Lamborghini – I’m on it, summer can’t express how happy I am, I can hug everyone I meet. If I get two (2) more Lamborghinis – that would be great. I mean I’m not like that first time, anyway, how many can I drive at once?
Contentment is the ability to be happy in the short and large moments of our lives, not dependent on our circumstances. We must develop this spirit of contentment in order to benefit our health, happiness and well-being. It doesn’t mean we shouldn’t strive to be better but it means like the old Western saying, “Don’t hang our hats where our hands can’t reach “, to keep up with the Jones’.
7. Take good care of your mind.
Stress and depression are the two (2) biggest thieves of mental and emotional health, worldwide. Not only is it universal but it is also associated with more serious mental disorders such as Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Suicide and Insanity.
In fact, “the World Health Organization estimates that more than 450 million people [worldwide] suffer from mental illnesses, and a new report by the World Economic Forum estimates the global costs of mental and neurological disorders at $2.5 trillion. Three times the economic cost of heart disease’The world’s neglected mental health issues’World Radio.”
So stress and depression should be dealt with as soon as possible to prevent more serious health problems. Grief is a natural part of life that we all experience in our lives due to the death of loved ones, work issues, job loss, or financial/financial issues. However, the key to keeping stress and depression at bay is to engage in activities that take your mind off the problem that is causing the stress or depression and move you to a place better mind, no matter what problem you have. You can improve and maintain your brain health by incorporating some of these simple habits into your daily life.
