300 Movie Workout for Men and Women – Weight Loss & Calorie Burning

The 300 workout is a challenging 300 repetition workout put together by a trainer for the actors of the movie 300. It helped sculpt their bodies for famous fight scenes. And doing 300 is also popular.
Here’s the lowdown…don’t try this at home! No rest between workouts…
a) Pullups – 25 reps
b) Deadlifts with 135lbs – 50 reps
c) Pushups – 50 reps
d) 24-inch Box Jump – 50 reps
e) Flat wire – 50 answers (This exercise has to be seen to be believed)
f) 1-arm Clean n Press with 36lbs Kettlebell – 50 reps
g) Pullups – 25 reps
Anyone in good shape can do it in less than 20 minutes.
But what about the rest of us?
Fortunately, this can be easily changed. The exercises that should be included should be reduced to 100 total positions – or equivalent to .: recommended – 4-6 exercises of 15-25 repetitions each.

You may rest for 5 minutes and try to go again for a total of 300 repetitions.
