300 Movie Workout for Men and Women – Weight Loss & Calorie Burning

300 movie training is the talk of the fitness world. The 300 exercises helped the actors to sculpt the bodies of the Greek Mythology while losing weight and burning calories. Here is a version of the workout for men and women.

The 300 workout is a challenging 300 repetition workout put together by a trainer for the actors of the movie 300. It helped sculpt their bodies for famous fight scenes. And doing 300 is also popular.

Here’s the lowdown…don’t try this at home! No rest between workouts…

a) Pullups – 25 reps

b) Deadlifts with 135lbs – 50 reps

c) Pushups – 50 reps

d) 24-inch Box Jump – 50 reps

e) Flat wire – 50 answers (This exercise has to be seen to be believed)

f) 1-arm Clean n Press with 36lbs Kettlebell – 50 reps

g) Pullups – 25 reps

Anyone in good shape can do it in less than 20 minutes.

But what about the rest of us?

Fortunately, this can be easily changed. The exercises that should be included should be reduced to 100 total positions – or equivalent to .: recommended – 4-6 exercises of 15-25 repetitions each.

For example, when you do a 200-double exercise – this is good for someone who is physically active:

5 Beans

100 Jumping Jacks

40 Bicycle Crunches

10 push-ups

15 rows of body weight

If you want, you can do 100 rope jumps to complete 100 total.

The average woman can do 150 exercises:

10 Heavyweight Sumo Tournaments

5 rows of body weight

15 body weight

5 push

10 knees

50 jumps

10 spider man climbing

20 back lunges

25 bicycle crunches

You may rest for 5 minutes and try to go again for a total of 300 repetitions.

It’s hard, but it’s right. So you can do your own version of the 300 workout and build your own Greek god or Greek goddess body. Work with the trainer to come up with other ideas. Always practice safety.
