1. Tossed Chicken Salad

The ingredients you need for simple meals are: 1 head of lettuce, 1 carrot, 1 tomato, 1 cucumber, 1 handful of grapes, 1 slice of wheat bread, olive oil, vinaigrette, commercial Italian dressing and chicken breast.

Remove the bone from the chicken breast meat and shred the meat. Saute the chicken with a tablespoon of olive oil and the skin. Remove the skin after cooking. You can also add chopped garlic and salt while cooking.

Chop the vegetables and separate the lettuce leaves with your hands. Mix and spread using a wooden spoon in a large bowl.
