Sweet and Spicy Spicy Chicken Breasts
What you need:

3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut each into bite-sized pieces

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/3 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup honey
-
2 tablespoons chilli sauce

2 teaspoons cornstarch

2 teaspoons garlic powder
-
2 teaspoons ground ginger
-
2 teaspoons onion powder
-
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, chili sauce, garlic powder, ground ginger, onion powder and black pepper. Stir until smooth. Heat in the microwave for 3-4 minutes. Place the chicken in a resealable plastic bag and pour half of the sauce over the meat. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Meanwhile, take 2 tablespoons of the remaining sauce and mix it with the cornstarch in a small bowl until smooth. Add to remaining sauce and microwave for 2-3 minutes. When the chicken is ready, cook it in a preheated grill over high heat until it is cooked to the desired doneness, basting it with the prepared sauce while cooking.
Salmon Firecracker
What you need:

4 salmon fillets

1 onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, chopped

2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon red pepper

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

1/4 teaspoon salt
Mix onion, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, maple syrup, olive oil, red pepper, ginger, sesame oil and salt in a large bowl. Stir until the ingredients are well combined. Place salmon fillets in a large, resealable plastic bag. Pour 1/4 of the marinade into the bag, seal and turn to coat the fish in the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, and refrigerate the remaining marinade. When the fish is ready, remove it from the bag and discard the excess marinade. Cook on a preheated grill over high heat, covered, until cooked through, then brush with marinade.
