The three main things that are missing are: 1) a reason 2) consistency and 3) realistic expectations. Getting these three things right will make your weight loss process much easier, and your chances of success will greatly increase.

Having a strong reason for wanting to lose weight is one of the cornerstones of any weight loss strategy. It’s fuel to keep you going when times get tough, when you hit roadblocks. Your reason why is your motivation…. the more energy you have, the more fuel you can get through the tough times and the more successful you will be at losing weight. It is a powerful issue that comes in two forms 1) of a real event 2) and an imaginary event.
