Examples of bad carbohydrates include sugar, water, white bread, white pasta, and cola. An example of good carbohydrates are oats, whole wheat bread, whole wheat pasta, and apples among other fruits. Eating good carbs can help you lose weight and keep it off. And with that said, not all carbs are bad. Just try not to eat too many carbs at night. Stored as fat!

The second “secret weight loss” is exercise. You have to be strong no matter what. You should do it at least three times a week. Even if it’s just a walk around your neighborhood. Exercise keeps your muscles strong and healthy. And you can lose weight quickly and safely.

Not only that, but it’s a surefire way to save your life. If you are weight training, you should include some cardio activities (running, walking, walking, etc.).
