Seven Day Scarsdale Diet Meal Plan
The Scarsdale diet plan was developed by a doctor and is based on the idea that a low carb, low fat diet combined with certain food combinations will result in optimal weight loss. The Scarsdale Diet Plan produces results that no other diet can achieve without a combination of nutrients.
The following is a basic outline of the Scarsdale food plan. Scarsdale’s meal plan and recipes (using the ingredients provided) can be used to create a weight loss plan for you.
The Scarsdale meal plan is based on a seven-day meal plan. Once you complete the seven days, you start over from the beginning.
When “Beverage of Choice” is listed you can choose from coffee, tea, water, seltzer water (which tastes good), club soda, diet soda, or a non-alcoholic drink. Do not add sugar, milk, cream or honey to drinks. Only add non-acidic sweeteners such as aspartame, saccharin, splenda or truvia.
